I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with a particular interest in trauma, relationships, identity, emotional wellbeing, and the ways people make sense of their lives.
What draws me most to this work is the opportunity to step into parts of people's worlds that are rarely seen by others. I am fascinated by the stories we carry, the experiences that shape us, and the contradictions that make us human. Much of my work involves helping adults and couples explore aspects of themselves that feel difficult to understand, integrate, or put into words.
I am especially interested in trauma and the ways painful experiences can continue to shape a person's life long after the original events have passed. Rather than reducing people to diagnoses, symptoms, or labels, I am interested in understanding the broader context of their lives: their relationships, histories, cultures, values, and the meanings they make of their experiences.
This perspective also shapes the way I approach speaking, writing, workshops, retreats, podcasts, and collaborations. I enjoy contributing to conversations that move beyond quick explanations and simplistic narratives, bringing psychological depth, curiosity, and nuance to topics such as trauma, mental health, relationships, identity, resilience, and personal growth.
Whether I am working with individuals, speaking to an audience, or collaborating on a project, my aim is not simply to provide answers, but to create space for richer questions, deeper understanding, and a greater appreciation for the complexity of human experience.
