I work with neurodivergent professionals, employees and the organisations that employ them, helping them stop fighting how their brain works and start using it.
Who I help:
I support three groups:
Neurodivergent employees who are struggling to perform, manage workload or navigate workplace expectations without burning out.
Self-employed neurodivergent professionals who need to structure their business in a way that works with their brain, not against it.
HR leaders, senior managers and business owners dealing with complex workplace situations where neurodiversity, performance and wellbeing are intersecting, and they're not sure how to move things forward properly.
What I help with:
For individuals, I help you understand how your brain works, structure your work and communication to reduce friction, and perform without constant exhaustion.
For organisations, I bring clarity to situations that feel unclear, stuck or are taking up disproportionate time. I help you stabilise situations, clarify adjustments and expectations, reduce risk, and make confident, defensible decisions.
How I work:
I combine 29 years of lived experience with neurodiversity, professional training, and real-world workplace insight. I don't do theory. I do practical, clear, structured support that solves the actual problem in front of you.
I work through one-to-one coaching, workplace needs assessments, stabilisation support for organisations, training for managers and leaders, and advisory work for complex cases.
What makes my expertise relevant for speaking, podcasts, media, writing and collaborations:
I bring a perspective on neurodiversity that most platforms are missing. I understand what's actually happening in organisations, the messy, complex situations where performance, wellbeing and neurodiversity collide, and I can talk about it in a way that's grounded, practical and commercially aware.
I've worked through high-stakes situations, stabilised uncertain cases, and helped leaders make confident decisions when everything feels unclear. I understand what employers need, what employees are struggling with, and how to bridge the gap without jargon or fluff.
If you're creating content, hosting conversations or building programmes around neurodiversity in the workplace and you need someone who can speak with both empathy and commercial clarity, I'm the right fit
