I am a Clinical Psychologist and yoga teacher with nearly 20 years experience in the NHS and private practice. My passion is helping others to understand their emotional and physical experiences in the context of their lives. My talent is providing a comfortable space for young people and families to share their stories and develop insights using mindfulness, skills- based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) and EMDR so that they can live life in the way they would like.
I am experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, working across agencies and providing supervision and consultation. I excel at engaging people to achieve measureable goals. I enjoy facilitating groups, workshops and trainings which are praised by participants for being accessible and interesting.
I have worked and lived in Australia and the UK, providing me with personal experience of both lifestyles, migration and mental health systems. I understand the challenges associated with relocating and the desire to forge a different path. I love connecting and collaborating with others to use our combined knowledge and ideas to create.
