About Sian Sheppard

I have been in the industry for nearly 2 decades.
At present I run a Pilates and fitness studio, where our ethos is to welcome and include everyone! We work with complex cases in an inclusive and welcoming way. We also offer one to ones, where clients can experience a more bespoke approach to exercise.

As for myself currently I work along side an multidisciplinary team including prosthetists, specialist physiotherapists, case managers and solicitors. As well as medicolegal work, I also work with the general public. Mainly my work is as a scar therapist sing my knowledge in fitness and general soft tissue to enhance this.

Finally I also work freelance as a teacher trainer for Pilates, teaching the level 3 qualification. I also mentor and support up and coming teachers and therapists.
