How do you start a mental health conversation at work when you’re worried about saying the wrong thing?
I’m Dr Ravi Gill, a Chartered Health Psychologist, speaker and founder of Smart Mind Health. I help leaders, managers and teams feel more confident having these conversations, recognising signs of struggle and supporting wellbeing at work.
With over 15 years in mental health, including leading psychological monitoring within the Metropolitan Police, I bring first-hand insight into the pressures people carry—and how easily these can go unnoticed. My speaking topics include workplace wellbeing, stress and burnout, confidence, boundaries and protecting yourself from secondary trauma.
My sessions combine psychological research, relatable stories and practical tools, with warmth and space for honest discussion. I want people to leave feeling able to put what they’ve learned into practice.
I’m available for keynote talks, panel discussions, workshops, podcasts, media commentary, writing and collaborations that bring meaningful conversations about mental health into everyday working life.
