I work with leaders, senior professionals, teams and organisations navigating significant change - when familiar ways of working no longer fit, identity or direction is being questioned, or a change that makes sense on paper is proving harder to live and embed in practice.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership and organisational change. I focus particularly on the internal transition beneath external change: how shifts in identity, belonging, relationships and authority affect judgement, behaviour and the capacity to move forward.
I bring more than 20 years of international experience in organisational and occupational psychology, leadership development and large-scale transformation. I have worked across corporate and consulting environments, supporting leaders and teams through organisational change, cross-cultural complexity, stakeholder pressure and critical moments of transition.
My approach is psychologically grounded, thoughtful and practical. I combine organisational insight with careful sense-making, precise questioning and appropriate frameworks to surface what may be happening beneath the visible problem. I also developed Transition Intelligence™, a psychologically informed framework that helps individuals, teams and organisations work with both what change makes possible and what it asks people to leave behind.
I am available for speaking, podcasts, panels, writing, workshops and selected collaborations on topics including the psychology of organisational change, leadership identity, belonging during transition, cross-cultural dynamics and the relational realities of transformation.
