I work with people - Not job titles. Not business models. People.
Because behind every organisation, team or grand plan are humans trying to make sense of their lives, their work and themselves - often while walking a slightly wonky path that doesn’t fit the textbook version of success.
My work sits at the intersection of love, life and leadership. Sometimes that looks like working with business owners, leaders or teams. Sometimes it looks like supporting people through change, loss, uncertainty or big decisions. Always, it starts with the relationship people have with themselves - because everything else flows from there.
I don’t believe there’s one right way to grow, lead or succeed. There are many routes, many seasons and plenty of detours. My role is to walk alongside you while you figure out what works for you - not to hand you a shiny formula and send you on your way.
I use a blend of approaches depending on what’s needed at the time. Coaching is the backbone of my work. Around that, I might draw on emotional intelligence, reflective practice, creative tools, NLP, hypnotherapy or Equine Facilitated Learning. Sometimes horses are part of the work. Sometimes they’re not.
I’ve spent years working in senior leadership roles and alongside purpose-led organisations, so I understand the realities of business life. But I’m not interested in traditional business advice for its own sake. What matters to me is how people show up, how they relate to others, how they handle pressure and how they stay connected to what really matters when things get messy.
I work best with people who are curious, honest and open to doing things differently - even if they don’t yet know what “different” looks like. People who are tired of repeating the same patterns and want space to think, reflect and move forward in a way that feels true.
There’s no straight line here. Just thoughtful, practical, human support for people finding their way.
