I'm an independent audiologist with 20+ years' experience. I have ADHD, my three children are autistic and ADHD, and that lived experience shapes everything about how I practise.
I work where hearing care and neurodivergence meet, an overlap rarely talked about, even though conditions like Auditory Processing Disorder sit right between the two. I help audiences understand why standard, one-size-fits-all clinical approaches can leave neurodivergent people behind, and what genuinely inclusive, human-centred care looks like in practice.
My message is simple. No one should be limited by a diagnosis, an audiogram, or a system that wasn't built for brains like ours.
I speak to neurodivergent audiences, parents, and fellow clinicians who want to practise more inclusively but don't know where to start.
