I’m a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist, practising since 2013, helping people make sense of the patterns, relationships and experiences that shape who they are — and what happens when the ways we’ve learned to survive start getting in the way of how we want to live.
My work sits in the messy, very human territory of relationships, family dynamics, boundaries, burnout, grief, identity and the patterns we carry from our past into our present. I’m particularly interested in why we do what we do, even when we know it isn’t working, and what it actually takes to create lasting change.
My approach is relational and integrative. I draw on schema therapy, attachment, family systems, parts work and our understanding of the nervous system, but I’m passionate about making psychological ideas accessible without drowning people in jargon or turning every difficult human experience into a diagnosis.
Alongside my private practice, I write, teach and supervise other therapists. I bring psychological thinking into the real world; talking about the things many of us struggle with but don’t always have the language for. I’m comfortable taking complex ideas and making them human, relatable and genuinely useful.
I’m available for podcasts, speaking, media contributions, writing, workshops, retreats and thoughtful collaborations around relationships, family dynamics, burnout, boundaries, grief, identity, emotional wellbeing and the wonderfully messy business of being human.
I’m not interested in quick fixes, performative wellness or pretending life can be reduced to five easy steps. I’m interested in helping people understand themselves more deeply, relate differently and build lives that feel more like their own.
