I am an experienced autism and ADHD coach and consultant working with young people and adults in education, employment and life. I bring together my qualifications and experience in autism, health care, HR, and across public, private and charity sectors. As a late diagnosed autistic person with ADHD (AuDHD) I was motivated to bring these skills together to support people with their 'So what now?' after diagnoses, experiencing burnout and/or sheer frustration in trying to work out why life could feel so very complex with conflicting societal rules and expectations and wanting to fit in. That’s why I take the time to listen deeply, explore possibilities, and create personalised strategies that align with each individual’s unique goals and needs. Enabling them to thrive authentically.
I also provide training and coaching to County Councils, the NHS, charities and private companies to increase neuroaffirmative awareness, break down stigmas and outdated opinions and create an environment that works for everyone. Shifting from defensive fearful practice to productive mutual, respectful and collaborative inclusion.
