About Kara Davey

Dr Kara Davey is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with two specialisms that she is deeply passionate about: fertility, baby loss and perinatal mental health; and ADHD in adults. What sets Kara apart is the rare combination of rigorous clinical expertise and lived experience. She has personal experience of recurrent baby loss, and she was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, enabling her to bring real depth and authenticity to her work.

Kara leads a team of over 25 specialist associate psychologists across the UK and works with both individuals and organisations. Her organisational clients have included Google, Deliotte, Tommy's, Bliss, SANDS, Deutsche Bank, This Can Happen, Lyst and many NHS trusts. She is an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant, meaning she not only delivers trauma therapy but also supervises other practitioners in this approach.
