About Alisa Priemysheva

I specialise in trauma and neurodiversity affirmative care, and I am excited to bring these perspectives on flexibility and compassion into the broader public and workplace settings.

Many neurodiverse preferences and trauma experiences are intertwined with feelings of perfectionism, shame, and not being good enough. This work develops our understanding and psychological models about being authentic, navigating changes and values.

I am currently writing and developing new models that connect these complex experiences. I am very open to writing collaborations and collective efforts to bring these wider contexts into focus.

My goal is to develop a dedicated space for professionals to explore and deepen their neurodiversity practices.
