
Isabella is an HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist specialising in the psychological factors that influence physical activity, eating, body image and sustainable health behaviour change.
She has worked across NHS, community, corporate and independent practice settings. Her experience includes delivering weight-management and smoking-cessation interventions, supporting maternity service users and people experiencing mental health challenges, and helping individuals with cardiac conditions overcome psychological barriers to physical activity and healthy eating.
Isabella also delivers workshops and presentations on motivation, physical activity, exercise dependence and body image. She has contributed to charities, postgraduate psychology programmes, workplace organisations and women’s fitness settings.
Her work is grounded in helping people develop healthier, more sustainable relationships with movement, food and their bodies.
