I'm a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Therapist with over 20 years' experience supporting adolescents, young adults and adults with trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD.
My work integrates evidence-based psychology with mind-body approaches, including EMDR, yoga therapy, breathwork and mindfulness, helping people develop resilience, deepen self-understanding and support holistic wellbeing.
Alongside my clinical practice, I'm passionate about developing innovative workshops and group programmes that make psychology engaging, practical and accessible. I'm particularly interested in collaborating with schools, universities, charities and organisations to co-create evidence-based programmes around neurodivergence, emotional regulation, exam stress, resilience, social connection and wellbeing. I have a particular interest in creating supportive environments that foster self-understanding, confidence, emotional wellbeing and meaningful social connection.
Whether developing workshops, contributing to wellbeing initiatives or collaborating on new projects, I enjoy translating psychological science into practical tools that help young people strengthen their connection to themselves, to others and to their own wellbeing.
