I'm a Clinical Psychologist who works with neurodivergent young people and the adults around them. Much of my work focuses on autistic and ADHD adolescents who have spent years masking, trying to fit in, feeling misunderstood, anxious and overwhelmed. I help them make sense of themselves, understand what they need, and build relationships that feel easier because they're based on authenticity rather than performance.
I also work closely with parents, schools and other professionals because meaningful change rarely happens in isolation. I enjoy helping people look beyond behaviour or diagnosis to understand the sensory, emotional and relational factors that shape a young person's experience. When everyone has a shared understanding, it's much easier to support young people in ways that actually work.
Alongside therapy, I provide consultation, supervision and training. I'm particularly interested in conversations about masking, identity, neurodiversity-affirming practice, adolescent mental health and how we can move away from asking young people to fit into the world, and instead create environments where they can genuinely thrive.
I can contribute to podcasts, speaking events, workshops, writing and collaborations where thoughtful, evidence-informed conversations about neurodiversity and young people's mental health are needed.
